- Refund for Writing Services: If you cancel before the writing process starts, the cost of writing will be fully refunded. Once the writing has begun, the writing package fee is non-refundable as we immediately allocate these funds to our writers.
- Non-Refundable Publishing Process: Once the publishing process starts, refunds will not be issued. We encourage you to thoroughly review the press release draft before publication to ensure it meets your expectations.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- Inaccuracies in Publication: If the content of the press release you approved or submitted does not match the published version, we will offer a free correction or republishing service.
- Failure to Meet Publishing Targets: If your press release is not published on the minimum number of news sites included in your package, you will receive a full refund in line with our Money Back Guarantee.
Non-Refundable Situations:
